With nearly a decade of experience in the mortgage industry, a legal background that facilitates detailed analysis of mortgage guidelines and requirements, and over twenty years of customer service experience, Kerry is committed to providing excellent customer service and achieving timely closings. 

Upon recognizing a growing market demand, Kerry became licensed as a Mortgage Loan Originator and transitioned from her long-term role as a Mortgage Processor to an Independent Contract Mortgage Processor.  She established Webb Mortgage Enterprises LLC, an independent contract mortgage processing company dedicated to providing top-notch mortgage processing services to clients.

Kerry prides herself on her ability to identify and overcome potential obstacles during the mortgage process in order to ensure a smooth transaction. Kerry has experience with commercial and residential mortgages, including non-QM, conventional, FHA, USDA, VA, and second mortgages.

Kerry enjoys spending time with her husband, 2 children, and their 2 giant schnauzers.  Her hobbies include spending time with family and friends, reading, playing games, and traveling to dog shows.
