With over a decade of experience in the mortgage industry and a background as a licensed attorney, Kerry brings Kerry brings precision, strategy, and creative problem-solving to every file. Her legal training makes her uniquely skilled in interpreting guidelines and using them to benefit both brokers and borrowers — keeping every file efficient and on track to close successfully.

Upon recognizing a growing market demand, Kerry became licensed as a Mortgage Loan Originator and transitioned from her long-term role as a Mortgage Processor to an Independent Contract Mortgage Processor.  She established Webb Mortgage Enterprises LLC, an independent contract mortgage processing company dedicated to providing top-notch mortgage processing services to clients and mortgage professionals alike.

Kerry enjoys spending time with her husband, 2 children, and their 2 giant schnauzers.  Her hobbies include spending time with family and friends, reading, playing games, and traveling to dog shows.

Hailey hails from a background in real estate property management and childcare, where her experience and ability to coordinate people, manage details, and stay calm under pressure make her an invaluable part of the team. 

She’s not afraid to pick up the phone, track down an answer, or go the extra mile to get those “hard-to-get” items that can make or break a file. Whether it’s a missing VOE, a last-minute condition, or another elusive third-party document, Hailey gets it done — fast, professionally, and with a smile. 

Her work coordinating with borrowers, third party vendors and loan originators ensures every file moves smoothly from start to finish. Her calm presence and proactive approach make the process easier for everyone involved. 

Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family and pets, cooking, exploring new places, and cheering on her Braves.

Marcy brings over 20 years of experience in financial services and mortgage lending, with a background that spans accounting, loan processing, and origination. This broad foundation gives her a deep understanding of loan structure, compliance, and what it takes to move files smoothly from start to finish.

After transitioning into mortgage lending, she advanced from document coordination to loan processing and later mortgage loan origination—experience that allows her to anticipate issues early, communicate clearly, and support both loan officers and borrowers effectively.

She especially enjoys working directly with borrowers, helping guide them through the process and turning the goal of homeownership into a reality through patience, clarity, and trust.

At Webb Mortgage Processing, she is known for her attention to detail, calm approach, and commitment to keeping loans on track—particularly when timelines are tight and expectations are high.

In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family, including her 2 daughters, staying active, and recharging outside of work.
